|
Users |
Interact as widely as you wish by inviting account users within your company and without by simply using an e-mail address. Users have access only to workspaces they are invited to join, and can be granted the power to create their own workspaces. Users can be removed from an account at the end of a project so that new users can be invited.

Information Management
Reliable Data Storage |
Information managed in Connect is kept in a reliable, secure, backed-up database. Each Mindjet Connect Account and associated data is managed separately affording complete security and privacy. To the user, this means that once the information is imported or created within Connect, it is safely stored. To the enterprise, this means the information has been captured in a reliable, shared database rather than being lost within a file or e-mail system.

Access Levels |
Collaborate confidently, knowing that workspace members can be given one of three access levels once invited to the workspace. Owner entitles the member to add or delete other members and documents within a workspace. Author allows members to edit or delete documents within a workspace but cannot add or delete members. Reader provides members with “Read-Only” access within a workspace with no ability to add, delete, or modify members or documents. |

Workspaces |
Create new workspaces when you need them, for new projects, new teams and new clients. Then tailor your workspaces with access controls for invited members, locking and versioning of documents, integration with e-mail, and importing of maps and secondary documents. Users with workspace creation rights can be designated as new workspace owners when workspaces no longer have an owner. |
